Tee-Time Procedures

Unless otherwise announced, Tee-Times will be taken beginning at the following times:

Sign up each Wednesday for one (1) week, Thursday through Wednesday.

     Alternate methods:

         Walk-in
         Phone-in
         Mail-in preprinted postcards

List all players in foursome - the purpose of this to avoid duplications. 
Whenever possible, individuals, twosomes and threesomes will be paired up so that we have mostly foursomes on the course.

Two starter times will be available per hour through the Golf Shop. 
The purposes of this are to keep the course moving on time, accommodate your last minute cancellations or changes in your schedule, and to allow for the public or people who have never played Belles Springs to work into the schedule (Public Relations).

Notify the Golf Shop ASAP of any cancellations.
A record will be kept of all individuals who do not show up for their tee time and do not notify the Golf Shop of the change in plans. Three (3) no shows will constitute a loss of golfing privileges for 30 days. Consequences for additional offenses will be at the discretion of the Management and the Board.
 

Advantages of the this Tee-Time procedure:

Better serve you, the golfers.
Better coordination of staff in the Golf Shop, and in the Clubhouse.
Helps Grounds Superintendent in maintaining the course:
          Cutting the greens
          Setting the tee markings
          Changing the pin positions

We have a very busy course with 40,000 rounds per year.  This procedure has been established to benefit all parties concerned.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation throughout this golf season.
